As a Project Coordinator in the CresaPartners Project Management Group, Zoe is proficient in supervising seamless relocation projects from start to finish. Her relocation management experience includes low-rise and high-rise tenant improvements, furniture and IT relocation planning. Zoe is closely involved from the early planning stages through design, team selection, budget and schedule development, and construction oversight through move management. She acts as a liaison between design professionals, building authorities, general contractors and clients, throughout the different phases of the project life cycle.

Zoe also manages the financial aspects of each job through concluding phases, utilizing her experience to ensure that each client’s goals and objectives are met in every project. She interfaces directly with the client in regards to RFPs, contracts, specific client requirements and programming related issues. Zoe’s ability to organize workflow, multi-task and provide an effortless relocation for clients continues to be an area of strength and have helped establish her as a key component of the Project Management Group.
